The duration of computer science course in singapore is 3 years. There are many university which offers computer science course in singapore.
Approx tuition fee:
1st year: 4 lacs
2nd year: 4 lacs
3rd year: 7 lacs

She may try to start with Diploma course in New Zealand, gain few qualifying points and then try for university admissions. She may thus get opportunity to even work and gain permanent residency.
