my daughter is doing B.Tech (ECE, IInd Yr) from sikkim manipal institute of tech. Environment of that place is not suitable of her.
now she wants to shift some other engg. institute preferably in north india. Is it possible?she has 60.6% in 12th.and went there after clearing their all- india written competition.

you can change only college under same university but you can not change university in th mid of any course
