My daughter is pursuing 12 in commerce with math.She does not want to go for commerce further but interested in math related courses in DU.

As you told your daughter is in 12th standard and don't want to continue with commerce subjects like accounts, business, economics so what you need to do is let her clear 12th exams and after that give CUET and on the basis of marks scored in CUET your daughter will get college+ course in DU, there
