My daughter is reading B.Sc 3rd semester in N.L. College, Assam. She is willing to shift to any college of Delhi. Is it possible now?

Sir, normally transfer to college is not possible. Only in some special conditions, it is being done. You can write an application to UGC and college authorities of both the colleges regarding same. If UGC approves then you can take a transfer and a migration certificate from the existing college. O
