yes Msc is best optin for ur daughter.After completing Msc ur daughter may be a Bio Specialist.And she hv Also Good and basic knoledge from Bsc. -
Doing M.Sc would definitely be a better option in the longer run as it would give her more time & opportunities to enhance here technical knowledge, which would be always helpful in the career. MBA can be done later also and the specialization subject for MBA can then be chosen as per her job profile or requirement / interest. -

After completing Bsc your daughter have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, Msc etc)
As per your query, I would suggest that your daughter should work for 1-2 years after completing her graduation and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- She will gain relevant work experience.
- After working she will know which course to pursue that can further enhance her career prospects, i.e. if she wish to build her career in science field, then she may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if she is interested in management then she may pursue MBA.

if she can get admission in MSC biotech this is better option after BS in bio tech if she can go in research line in biotech then ti will be better and she can make good future in this area
