My Daughter passed her NEET with a score of 197. Can she get a seat

You didn't mention your category. Anyways, the cut-off for the unreserved category is 119 out of 720 where as for reserved categories, it is 96. So yes, your daughter can get a seat. Good luck. If you has money then she get a seat anywhere in any private college, otherwise I am sorry as she can't get admission anywhere by this score. At least, she need a score above 550.
