For all IITs (old ones) 99.5 percentile is the minimum requirement. In terms of AI rankings, it should be below3000. Preparation of JEE-IIT and AIEEE is different as pattern of examination is different. For admission to NITs like Suratkal, Jaipur, Allahabad, Bhopal, Kurukshetra, minimum is 99 percen
