Congratulations for your good score, but sorry to inform you that you cannot get admission in NIT- Rourkela and Warangal, as NIT-Rourkela and Warangal has eligibility criteria where it is mentioned that the students who studied B.Tech in any stream are only eligible to apply for the MBA admissions.

    Hello Tejaswini,
NIT-Warangal generally accepts MAT score of above 600 and they recommend you to send the application via courier. I would suggest you to go through their website as the notification is already out.
NIT-Rourkela has also released notification for admission into the MBA programme for the year 2018. The process is online.
I would suggest you to apply for both institutes as your MAT score is decent.
    Best wishes.

Yes, there is 95% chance for admission in MBA in NIT Rourkela. Admission for MBA in NIT Rourkela is good enough. It provides specializations which includes Human Resource, Marketing, Finance, and Operation. It has good placement statistics. The placement scenario is increasing day by day. Almost 70% students get placed this year. And the statistics are increasing every year. The average package for MBA students is 6-7 LPA. So, MBA has a good scope and NIT Rourkela is giving a good platform to show case the talent of students in the field of business.
Anything above 600 in MAT exam is considered at NIT Warangal. Admissions in NIT Warang

No idea about NIT, Rourkela but if you are having an engineering background you can surely apply for NIT, Warangal.

No, it is not compulsory to appear for CAT, MAT, or GMAT to get admission in Lovely Professional University (LPU). LPU conducts its own entrance test called LPUNEST, which is a primary mode for admission to various programs, including MBA. However, candidates with valid scores in national-level tests like CAT, MAT, or GMAT may be given preference or exemption from LPUNEST. The university also considers academic performance and personal interviews during the admission process. Therefore, students can apply either through LPUNEST or by submitting scores from accepted national-level entrance exams.

It is not necessary to conduct CAT, MAT, or XAT tests for MBA in Hospitality and Tourism admission in Lovely Professional University (LPU). The only basic eligibility criterion is graduation with at least 55% marks, and admission is substantially through the LPUNEST entrance exam or, in some instances, a valid CAT score. MAT and XAT, though, are not specified as compulsory or standard entrance exams for this course at LPU. Students can get admission by either appearing in LPUNEST or by scoring in CAT, but the selection of CAT, MAT, or XAT is not obligatory if you choose LPUNEST instead.

Yes, you can get a scholarship based on your MAT score for the PGDM programme at GIBS Business School. GIBS offers merit-based scholarships to students with good scores in national exams like MAT. If you have a strong MAT score, it increases your chances of being considered for a scholarship.

In addition to the MAT score, GIBS also considers other factors such as your overall academic performance, extracurricular activities, and performance in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). So, while a good MAT score is important, the final scholarship decision will also depend on your complete profile.

Yes, you are eligible with the given scores. But the admission will be based on both (marks and GD/PI). Kindly apply with the required details and you will be called for the admission process which includes GD/PI. A candidate is expected to clear both to get into PSGIM.
