my degree percent is 59.4.i want 2 go for MS in UK.can i apply for cambridge and oxford universities by scoring good in ielts?

i am confident that i can score good in ielts exam.my problem is that my graduate score is 59.4% so i m tensed because i think it will affect when i will apply for above universities. also i want list if top universities in UK for MS

You can do post graduation in UK universies. Cambridge and Oxford may not take you with the percentage you have. you can try in the other universites. Try in www.gre.ac.uk Greenwich university. You also require IELTS 6.5 Band to get admission
