    Hi
    If you have sufficient funds, look for completion of degree in electrical by getting transfer credits. For PR, the easy way is to pursue a diploma as its of 2 yrs duration and you can apply after completion. Jobs are possible while doing diploma also. The official website for PR is here.     when you do your two year study in Canada you will be extended visa for three years. you can get job and apply fir PR in the fourth year.
    if you go for one year study you will be extended visa for eight months. Within this period if you get a job you will be given two year work permit and you will be eligible to apply for PR after 2 years.
