Yes you can but most probably only B.Tech is offered by NIT's and IIT's don't take lateral entry. If you want to get admission in B.Tech in reputed colleges like NIT and IIT like any other student after 12th you also have to appear for entrance exam on base of your 12th degree . You need to understand there is a difference between BE and B.Tech. Anna University and Symbiosis Institute of Management and Technology offers B.Tech I hope this is helpfull.
