(any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2(Non Medical)) or B.Sc (non- medical)/ B.Sc(Computer Science) or equivalent".The admissions 2020 is being done online due to the current situation i.e. COVID-19. You can take direct admission on the basis of the current score. Yes, you are eligible for admission in LPU. as the eligibility criteria is 60% in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2(Non-Medical)) or B.Sc (Non- medical)/ B.Sc(Computer Science) or equivalent.
1.The scholarship for which you might be eligible based on your score of last qualification.
2.Scholarship based on the performance of LPUNest , the syllabus and the paper pattern is also given on the website of LPU.

Yes you can but most probably only B.Tech is offered by NIT's and IIT's don't take lateral entry.
If you want to get admission in B.Tech in reputed colleges like NIT and IIT like any other student after 12th you also have to appear for entrance exam on base of your 12th degree . You need to understand there is a difference between BE and B.Tech.
