My Diploma will get completed this year. Is there any weightage of Government Diploma in taking admission for BE?

As you have done polytechnic Diploma. LEET (lateral entry entrance exam) held by universities and institutions by which you directly entered to 2nd year of BE/B.Tech, as such they require only marks. But, you want in private institutions they can consider your college.
