My dob is 30 march 2001 and i had done my bsc. Am i eligible for upsc 2021,if i am not eligible because exam year i shall only 20 years old.

    You can eligible to apply for UPSC CSE 2021.
    The minimum eligibility criteria for UPSC CSE is that candidate have to qualify Bachelor's degree and have 21 year old.
