My dream car is Lamborghini. My ambition is to become an IAS officer. Can an IAS officer can buy that car legally.

The ambition is very good but I don't think any government employee can buy that car because they have a limited income and IT department bring them under surveillance because that car's min price is 8CR. So sorry to say but it is not possible.

Yes, one can buy if one has capability to do work hard then he can achieve anything that is legally right. You can start your own coaching center or any other business which is legally right after becoming.

He is asking for a IAS officer. IAS can't buy that car but any Buisness men can. As you told. Coaching owner is a businessman.
