My dt of birth is 11.05.1952 and I have passed MBA from IGNOU in 1997 I am unable to apply for PHDMGMT. Why.

    Due to some technical problems or difference in changing education system from 60's to 20's. These are the two most probable reasons for your conditions. You should contact with tech help and support.
