my educatin track after 1990 is not good at present i am 39 age i like to go f degree corses my result for 12class was 45% with 2 marksheet

my s.s.c exam completed in year 1990 with74% in rajasthan 12Th in 2001 with 45% wiht 2 marksheet i have 3 years construction and 5 year bpo experince i am 39 at present i am failed in f.y.bsc in 2 subject i want to study here or abroad can you help me
