yes, Sandip. The degree obtained from any university which has recognition of UGC and approved by AICTE is valid through out the country.

Yes his certificate will be valid all over India including West Benagal. As per AIU rule all the Universities have to accept the degree/diploma awarded by other University on reciprocal basis, so if he wants , he can join any university in India for higher education, similarly evn for job there wi
