My elder sister has completed her B.Sc with good grades. What kind of job opportunities can my sister get?

Dear Priyanshi! Kindly specify that in which stream your sister did her B.Sc. Tell her to continue her further studies but if she is willing to do the job, then she can go in her respective field. Or ask her to crack any govt exam like SSC or bank PO etc. Hope this helps. Good wishes dear!
