    Hello,
You can improve your communication skills in various ways: by reading English newspapers, articles on the Internet, novels, books, watching good English movies, playing vocabulary enhancing games, etc. "Word Power Made Easy" by Norman Lewis Sir is an effective book for improving one's English. Your English will gradually improve and you would be able to perform well in the GD-PI rounds.

English surely make you more impactful and effective during GD and PI. It's ok. You improve English through many means. Most importantly it is needed in GD and PI. You can mix both English +native language. Your words should be well define.
    Good luck.
