My EWS rank is 10342 and CRL rank is 63350 in JEE Mains. Which colleges can I get for engineering?

You can choose ECE at North east NITs . Other alternative will be ECE in reputed GFTIs like JNU. These are lower fee options.
You can get CSE/IT/ Data Science/ECE etc. in IIITs as well but fees higher (roughly 2 to 2.5 times NITs). NITs also have fee waiver schemes based on parental income less than
