My EWS rank is 2701 in JEE Main. Can I get manit CSE. My home state is Madhya Pradesh itself.

To get admission in IIT you need to clear JEE advance and also score good enough to get IITs as their cutoffs are high. Moreover you may get NIT Bhopal with this rank but you can't get top branches like CSE, ECE as their cutoffs are lower than 6k for general category. But you can easily get branches

No there is no home quota in NITs. And with this rank you may not get Manit Bhopal. Try for other NITs. Good luck.
