My final year exams have been postponed to December 2021 instead of June 2021. Am I eligible to apply for du LL.B. This year?

I will get my second year marksheet in may 2021. If I can apply for du LL.B. On what basis they will provide admissions? Will I have to submit an undertaking or affidavit? Thank you.
