yes you can do it , if you are doing PHD after any master degree in relevant subject then it is legal,

Hi Prasad,
If your friend want to do PhD he has to complete a Masters degree first, if he already has a Masters degree then he can go for PhD and if he already has a Masters degree then I don't see a need to do MBA through Open University. In case he has not done Masters Programme as yet then first

you can't do two degrees at a same time. and nor you can show two degrees at the time of interview. if you show both degrees at the time of interview your interview will be cancelled and treated as strictly illegal. you are a Post graduates still you doesn't know this rule. this shows that how matur
