My friend completed b.techwith 65% now he is planing for ms in us? all the 12 baclogs were cleared is there any problem in getting admission

He has 65% in B.E up to final year he has 12 backlogs all were clear in final year he was palnning to do MS in USA. he will get admission in usa or not ? when he was faced visa interview VO asked him you have any backlogs?what he has to answer?

Hi, Please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your friend's chances of getting admission in American universities as long as he fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission, however please make sure that by the time your friend apply for admission he must have cleared all his backlo
