My friend completed his Diploma in mechanical engineering after 12th. Can he pursue distance MBA now?
He got 55% marks in Diploma and is having 2 years of work experience.

Eligibility criteria for MBA by distance learning is graduation degree. Diploma in engineering is not equivalent to degree. Therefore your friend can not do MBA. He will have to do any degree to do MBA. -
There is no need of degree. With 6 years of experience he is eligible for executive MBA. Ask your friend to complete his B.Tech. There is no need of MBA, to become a manager in the technical field.
