Dear,
yes ofcourse she can complete his graduation now.There are many institutes and universities in india from where she can do Graduation and even as she has time gap in her studies so she can complete her gradution in 1yr by taking fast track option.For further detail mail her full ualification

there is no age bar -as long as she has the urge, time she must join some college for graduation-if interested in business she could try bba -dr k oswami
