My friend got 971 in IPE and 95 marks in JEE. Can he get ECE or CSE in SASTRA University?

Sastra University has age restriction for UG applications which should not have completed 19 years as on 01/08/26. For lateral entry programmes, the applicant should not have completed 21 years as on 01/08/26.
