My friend got only 56% in class 12th CBSE board exams. Can he go for CBSE improvement exam held in 2019?

Please explain all details about the improvement exam, application form date, exam date, how to fill the application form, etc.

    Yesss n uhh can go to scholl and ask details regarding this. They will be given bttr suggestion for uhh.nd also uhh do work hard for them.
