    International Institute of Information Technology (IIT), Pune
    CSE in round 1
    IT in round 1
    Telecommunication Engineering in round 1
    International Centre of Excellence in Engineering & Management, Aurangabad
    Telecommunication Engineering in round 1
    Mechanical in round 1.

    It's not possible for your friend to get admission in any of the NITs. Still, if your friend has doubt, ask him to use college predictor tool, which will list out the colleges he is eligible to apply.
