My friend has done her BDS from Lucknow. Which would be the best country to practice BDS in foreign among Canada, Norway and Switzerland?

Canada has a good scope but she must clear the rigorous medical council exams. This applies to any foreign country she applies. She cannot practice without clearing the country specific medical entrance exam.
