My friend has got 40 backlogs in BE and he wants to go to Canada or Australia for Masters. Can he get admission?
I have got 7.75 CGPA in my graduation and 7.5 bands in IELTS.

Hi, Canada is way too difficult, he may find options in Australia but not top ranked universities. Ask him to check less competitive countries like Russia, Norway, Ireland, etc.
