My friend has got 50% marks in class 12th. Is he suitable to get admission in a college for B.Com or CA?

DIRECT ADMISSION TO GENERAL COURSE SUBJECTMINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA B.Com (General)(All Boards):- (I) Candidates from Commerce Stream-Minimum 60% aggregate and 55% in Accountancy (II) Candidates from Science Stream- Minimum 60% aggregate and 60% in Mathematics (III) Candidates with Eco, Stats, Maths in Class XII-Minimum 60% in aggregate and 60% in Mathematics *SC/ST Candidates:- (I) Candidates from Commerce Stream- Minimum 40% aggregate or 40% in accountancy (II) Candidates from Science Stream- Minimum 40% aggregate or 40% in mathematics (III) Candidates with Eco, Stats, Maths in Class XII-Minimum 40% aggregate or 40% in mathematics A candidate who has successfully completed class 10, under the examining body of constituted by law in India (or an equivalent central government recognized examination) are only eligible to register for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT Exam) which is held twice in a year, during the month of June/Dec.
