My friend has passed BCA, now want to do M.Sc with cs or IT. but her financial condition is not good. please tell me college for her.

She has lower percentage between 60 and 70. she want a college in modinagar (distt. ghaziabad) or meerut which offer MSc in just Rs. 3000 . you can also tell a better choice for her .but place should be very near to modinagr.
