My friend have just completed animation from arena but now he is sitting at home where should he go for job any advise pls

The institute where he has completed the course must give his assistance in finding a job , provided he attended his classes regularly, submitted the assignments & most importantly prepared his work sample demo. If not then he must develop his skills and make the quality work sample Demo 1st.
