    Naveen, if you want to do MBA along with your job you can go for Distance Learning/Part time MBA courses. However, these courses cannot match the value of a full-time MBA. So take your decision keeping this in mind.

    A job could be the best choice for you if it's the need of the hour. On the other hand, if you are financially stable with an interest in further studies, pursuing higher studies is unmistakably the best option. It is an even better idea to pursue an MBA after gaining work experience as there are numerous advantages. Concerning your career, your experience in the field holds much more importance than a degree. So by gaining work experience, you are already a few steps ahead of your peers.
