My friend is working in Muscat.Currently her daughter is studying in Class XII CBSE Board. She wishes to continue her education in India.

I wish to ask what are the procedures to get an admission in Mumbai Colleges. She does not want to enroll in the NRI quota.Since that is bit expensive.
