It seems difficult, but you should definitely appear in counseling. Maybe you get selected. If you want to pursue from any private university then you can try Chandigarh University.
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology/ Agriculture with at least 60% marks in aggregate
Chandigarh University, recently get accredited with ICAR also plus they offer scholarship test also in which you can aquire upto 100 % scholarship depending upon your score. The scholarship test is known as CUCET test and you can fill the form just for 500-1000/ rupees. The test contain MCQs with no negative marking. -
For BSc Agriculture and BTech Agricultural needs the ranks below 400. Hence your chances are moderate.
