    Dear Shubham,
    No issuesif he has dropped for two years. There are many good private universities like Lovely, Manipal, Thapar, etc. Offering B.Tech CE. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of marks in class 12th. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or even during the course.     Hi Shubham,
    Let me tell you that your friend can join B.Tech civil engineering from any college or university in India. If your friend dropped 2 years after class 12th, then he will be passed the exam of that University. If University give direct admission, then no problem. You should be go for LPU, Punjab University, UEM Jaipur, Sharda University, JECRC and many more.
