My frnd has 80% aggregate in mechanical engg and he wantto study in germany. Is it possible to get scholarship that cover living expenses.

yea sm clg do provide dat...but nt ol.. hea rembr nly thos clg wld provide scholarshp dat r havin high fees...s merit holders student wld get rebate in total fees etc... But rebate on livin expenses directly or indirectly tis nt applicable.. better option tis dat u consult d dezired clg abt expenses
