My frnd is doing his MCA. He is a b.com grad. He want to know that if he can do M.tech in CS after MCA?

Hai, My friend is doing his MCA right now. He tuk commerce in +2 without maths so he couldnt join BCA after +2. Then he did b.com and later PGDCA and now doing MCA. He want 2 know whether he can do M.tech from IIT's after his MCA. Is it possible for a non science/maths studnt 2 do mtech aftr mca?
