my future company doesnt need releaving,experience letters to meet their immediate requirements which is good sometimes.What if I decide to leave and join another third company in future and they ask for all the letters from all my previous companies??I can show letters of my current company but not my first company's? Would salary slips and appointment/joining letters of my first company enough at that time?

Anand, remember to gather Experiencel certificate, Salary slips, Form -16 (for Income tax returns), No dues certificate, any particular certificate (if the company is willing to give) for any special responsibility that you carried out, certificate for any kind of a research work or a promotion prog
