my gate 2012 marks are 28/100(percentile is 78.9) & pursuing b.tech(cse) final yr with 70% marks .in whch clg i can get admission to m.tech

plz suggest me list of colleges where i can get admission upto this much score..................if possible pls mention colleges frm delhi,haryana...........
