My Gen rank in UPSEE is 53000 ang in girls rank is 8335. CAn i get Abes ghaziabad or any other better college ?

At this rank it is difficult to get into ABSE, but you may get admission in some other college.
Also try to give entrance exam of other top universities such as VIT, Lovely professional University, bits.
