My general category rank in UPSEE exam is 24301 and OBC rank is 7103. Can I get a government engineering college in UP? Please tell me.

    With your OBC rank, you definitely have a chance of getting a government college. Keep an eye on counselling, it might take the last round but you are going to get it. Good luck.
