You have chances to get CSE in iet. If from up then definitely. All the best.

Sorry to say but even if you have home state quota then also you will not get CSE but ya you can try for ECE. If you have obc or SC or St quota then you have chances of getting CSE. But your rank is considerably good you can try for other state government colleges try for HBTU Kanpur. For placement
