    No, the chances are quite low but you can in the last round of counselling. If there are some seats left, then you can get into that college.

    It is very difficult to get any of the college's from general rank but try in all rounds of counseling. I hope you can get any college from general rank.

    You can get any of the colleges, it depends on what branch you choose. It is important to select course more than a college in these Colleges you can easily go mechanical engineering and civil engineering depends on your choice.
