My general rank is 65000 in UPTU, can I get KITE-Ghaziabad if I wait for round 3 or 4?

    Yes, there is no chance in KiET with this rank. You can take the admission in UCER Allahabad. You can also take direct admission in UCER. If you have any queries, please feel free to ask.
