Yes, BCECEB will release the cutoff score as per the ranks secured for counselling. Candidates will be called for the counselling based on the ranks secured in the entrance exam. No, candidates with domicile of Bihar will only be allowed to sit for the BCECE entrance exam dedicated to BSc nursing courses. Any candidate belonging to Chhattisgarh or any other state of India will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
