Sorry, you can't get admission in top government college but you can try for top private one as you can definitely get AKG, IET or ABES. -
When you go to fill the list of colleges for the admissions, I think it will take place after counseling, you first fill the government college with desired branch, I hope it is not a bad score it is really good. You can get the government college, because now a days there are more colleges so you can get. And there is nothing go in trying out.
