My gn rank is 54k and bcno rank is 17k I did not get gl bajaj in the 1st round of UPSEE counselling? Why my bc rank was in the rank range of gl bajaj (bc) then why I did not get the seat please if any one knows properly. Answer.

Hi,
Don't lose hope. Just wait for 2nd or 3rd counselling. Your BCNO rank is 17000. Might be, you can get admission in next counselling. -
It is because, the seats have already been occupied by students with better rank than you. It is suggested to wait for 2nd and 3rd counselling and not lose hopes. Good luck. -

6 years agoIt happens that when you are being allotted seat on bcno category, only some seats are available and when you there are many candidates a tie breaker is decided often by lucky draw. So maybe that is why even though your rank was in the range you couldn't get admission. You should also try to contact the institute and raise this issue.
